Studi ini mengevaluasi kontribusi Ukuran Fisik ($\beta = 0.695$), Fasilitas Interior ($\beta = 0.116$), dan Kualitas Legalitas ($\beta = 0.059$) terhadap variasi harga ($R^2 = 56.7\%$).
