Lab 10

This document covers two key concepts in epidemiological regression modeling confounding and effect modification (interaction) using the 2020 BRFSS dataset (n = 5,000). Part 1 walks through stratified analysis, interaction terms, and the 10% change-in-estimate rule for confounding. Part 2 applies these methods through a structured lab activity with full interpretation.
