2025-10-10 qRT-PCR analysis testing OSR induction under -Pi
This is the second qPCR to examine OSR gene induction under phosphate starvation in S. cerevisiae and C. glabrata. This time, PHO84 was included as a control for PHO gene induction and TRX2 was used instead of GRE2.
