A heatmap is plotted to show the relationship between catastrophe type and claim type. Chi-Square test was performed on total claim counts to test whether catastrophe type and claim type are associated and Cramer’s V was computed to measure the strength of association.

This interactive map visualizes eligible communities for the Nutrition North Canada program, and the nearest health care facility (hospitals, ambulatory care facilities, and residential care facilities) for each community. An "Isolation Index" was calculated based on the distance to nearest hospital, number of hospitals and ambulatory care facilities within 100KM, and whether both types are present vs only one vs none (within 100KM).
