The dataset used in this project includes signal quality measurements from different localities. Each row in the data shows how strong and reliable the network signal was at a specific location, along with other performance details like speed and delay. I used this information to compare localities and see which places had similar network conditions. In the network graph, each node is a locality, and edges connect localities that had similar signal data.
