Set 1 Programming R

I expanded upon my first project and decided to add some interactive elements and additional information. I added an interactive data table to allow viewers access to all of the data, and I made my three graphs interactive, with information on the year's tornadoes, fatalities, maximum tornado ratings, and notable events accessible when hovering over the graph.
