This project explores spatial clustering patterns of operational Scotch whisky distilleries. By combining geographic coordinates (spatial features) with qualitative taste profiles (body, sweetness, smoky, medicinal, etc.), this project aims to discover if regional geographic proximity correlates with distinct flavor profiles.
