A dashboard made using R Markdown and CalEnviroScreen 4.0 data for a data visualization course.

The variable 'supp' represents the delivery methods used to administer three dose levels of vitamin C (0.5, 1, and 2 mg/day). The response variable measures the length of odontoblasts (cells responsible for tooth growth) in 60 guinea pigs. Our goal is to identify how different each factor of 'supp' is from another using Mahalanobis distances.
