This analysis examines 1,104 delivery trips executed by AB InBev's Sagamu Transport Operations between January and March 2026. The dataset covers 91 vehicles, 119 delivery officers, and 5 fleet controllers, spanning routes from Sagamu to 51 destinations across Nigeria
