This project focuses on utilizing R programming to analyze and automate reporting outputs from the Zambia National Public Health Institute’s (ZNPHI) electronic IDSR Case-Based Surveillance system. The aim is to streamline the production of surveillance and situation reports, improving efficiency and timeliness for the Surveillance and Disease Intelligence Unit.
