Monte Carlo Simulation of Customer Arrivals and Service Time Using Poisson and Normal Distributions
This document presents a simulation study of discrete and continuous random variables using R. The simulation explores real-world scenarios such as customer arrivals and cashier service times modeled using Poisson and Normal distributions. Through Monte Carlo simulation, randomly generated data are analyzed and visualized to illustrate the behavior of probability distributions and their role in modeling stochastic processes
Data Frame Construction and Descriptive Statistical Analysis in R
This report presents basic data simulation and manipulation using the R programming language. It includes the construction of data frames, generation of numerical sequences based on defined patterns, vector replication using seq() and rep(), probability-based random sampling using sample(), and descriptive statistical analysis using the summary() function. The objective of this exercise is to understand fundamental data structures in R and perform simple simulations systematically.
