In this project, a High Throughput Screening Experiment is studied. 60 plates are analyzed, where 96 different strains are present in each of the plates. Out of 96 strains, the aim is to find improved strains via analyzing different variables affecting strains. Well type, strain location are some of the important factors affecting strains.
