Exploratory Data Analysis of the San Francisco TOLE Program

In this section, my team and I cleaned the dataset containing data on traffic violations issued under San Francisco's TOLE program. We dropped extraneous variables and observations with missing data, recoded the factor levels of several variables, and created some new variables important to analysis.

This project used neighborhood level data to predict the residential sale price of properties in Ames, Iowa. Multiple models were developed and analysed. Our final result was a random forest model that had an RMSE = $22,000.
