Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic disorders where the blood sugar levels are higher than normal for prolonged periods of time. Diabetes is a pressing issue in the health care industry to rightly identify the factors that contribute to the occurrence of Diabetes in people, more so, in Women. This analysis helps identify additional risk factors and build tools that can predict the occurrence of Diabetes, particularly in women using the Pima Indians’ Diabetes dataset for analysis.

Over the years, major crowdfunding platforms such as Kickstarter, GoFundMe, RocketHub, CircleUp and others have started facing the heat thanks to its unconventional means of investment. In an era of opportunity, this project is a means to analyze the projects launched on Kickstarter and figure out the keys to a successful project on Kickstarter.

The Dataset contains information from September 1, 2016 to August 31, 2017. With a dataset so recent, my analysis uncovers trends about NYC real estate market borough and neighborhood -wise.
