A demonstration of the gibbs sampler as well as the effectiveness of Hierarchical centering - a type of reparameterization

The goal of this project was to answer two questions: Across the United States, which types of events are most harmful with respect to population health? Across the United States, which types of events have the greatest economic consequences? Both questions are answered by comparing different types of weather conditions by their number of fatalities, property damage, and crop damage.
