This document shows use case examples of the BEACON R package, which provides curated bladder cancer gene expression and clinical datasets. Using the BLCA_BCAN_HCRN cohort (61 patients, 58,385 genes), this report explores clinical staging variables including T stage, N stage, and M stage, as well as an overall survival analysis stratified by nodal status.
