BRI (Body Round Index) project: RCS Plot and Survival Analysis
The plot for RCS of BRI was created. COX proportional regression model was set up with BRI quintile category variable, in counting process format. 1st category, ie., lower BRI, significantly increase death hazard ratio. The plot visualization and the model results are matched.
