A simple word prediction app

This Milestone Report details the current progress of our text prediction algorithm. The report describes our exploratory analysis of the data and our plans for our eventual app and algorithm.

The Statistically Representative Name Generator randomly generates a name within a specified year of birth, birth sex, and popularity range. More popular names from that year are statistically more likely to be generated.

This presentation renders an interactive chart displaying the five most popular cat names in the city of Toronto from 2012 to 2017. It was created using the Licensed Dog and Cat Names dataset, obtained through the City of Toronto's Open Data Portal.

This website renders an interactive map displaying the locations of 241 bicycle parking racks throughout the city of Toronto. It was created using the Bicycle Parking Racks dataset obtained through the City of Toronto's Open Data Portal on March 3, 2020 (last refreshed: March 2, 2020).
